Fazi has amazing coustomer service skills and the fantastic work on nails is amazing ! I really appreciate her she took my last minute and made my day. I booked hair and makeup appointments for myself and my aunt about two weeks in advance for a wedding. Before the appointment, I showed them photos of exactly what I wanted for both my hair and makeup and also sent the photos to them as requested. On the day of the wedding, the person responsible for my hair, Giti, was late. We repeatedly asked where she was and were simply told that she was coming.
