Awesome experience start to finish on my roof, siding and windows. From the initial consultation with Nick and Levi they were both very knowledgeable and even made a second appointment to answer more of my questions. 2 weeks later as promised the crew was out and withing a couple short weeks it was all completed. So glad I called Faze after these storms! I honestly had no clue what I was supposed to do, but they’ve made the whole process so easy and are even helping me with insurance. Definitely made a stressful situation way less stressful!
I’m so glad I called Faze after the storm. I wasn’t sure what to do or where to even start, but they have been wonderful helping me through everything. They’ve explained each step and are helping with the insurance company too. It’s such a relief having someone in my corner!
Faze Construction came out and did a free inspection after all the rain and wind we’ve had lately. They found damage I honestly wouldn’t have noticed myself and took the time to explain everything to me. They’re also helping me through the insurance process and assured me they’ll advocate for me so nothing that should be covered gets overlooked. So far, they’ve been professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming. Definitely recommend giving them a call for a free inspection!
Nick came by to do a quote for roof and gutter replacement. It was a positive experience from start to finish. He suggested a shingle that would solve an issue that I hadn’t even considered. He was informative and did a great job. Pricing was well below what I expected. I’m looking forward to having the job completed. Thank you Lauren and Nick.
