I had a great experience at Fayshell for my first facial. Pandora, the manager was very kind and recommended different add ons explaining what they were - I ended up adding the LED which was different and quite relaxing. Dayna was the one to look after me and my facial - her recommendations for my skin were very helpful and she wasn’t harsh with my skin at all. She talked me through each step including aftercare. I’ve been to Fayshell twice now, and the results are crazy! I’ve had a herbal peel, and have been doing regular yellow light sessions. My main concern is dryness/redness and my skin has seen a massive improvement already. I have laser genesis for my next session and I’m so excited! Love coming here, love the vibes and they’re super knowledgeable and tailor everything so well.
I have been coming to Fayshell for 2 months now and honestly can't believe the difference in my skin already! I have seen both Sophie and Sophia and couldn't recommend them enough. The entire team make me feel so welcomed every visit and are so knowledgable!! My skin has genuinely never felt better and I can finally leave the house without makeup. One of the worst facial experiences I’ve had. I’m sorry to say this, but everything about my visit felt disappointing. 1. The entire process felt rushed and transactional. As a first-timer, I found the consultation lacking — explanations were brief, and I had to ask multiple times to clarify what was happening. I had a facial at Fayshell with Sofia and had such a wonderful experience. From the start, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really appreciated how genuine and honest she was with her feedback and recommendations ; it felt like she truly cared about my skin, not just trying to sell anything. She was also a great therapist; her massage pressure was perfect, and the entire treatment was so relaxing without feeling rushed. I absolutely loved the whole experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
