Very unorganized scheduling team. Had an appt I had been waiting for over 3 months for an initial consult that was canceled without my notification. Then when I texted/called back within 5 min that appt in short was no longer available and the next available in another 4 months later. Who does this for patients…would stay away from this office and the headache. Waste of my time.
This review is more for this general office than Dr Yafi himself, though neither have been professional. First, I was prescribed a medication which requires specialized mixing ratios but I was never given instructions on how to mix these nor was I given a prescription for syringes. I had to purchase my own syringes and calculate mixing ratios myself. I requested the office to switch the prescription to an equivalent medication which was half the price ($300/mo instead of $700/mo). It’s been 16 days and they still haven’t hel... read more
Dr. Faysal Yafi is a excellent doctor and extremely knowledgeable. He and his staff are very professional and I highly recommend him.
Faysal A. Yafi's UCI Urology team have been very unprofessional and left me with a feeling that they are too focused on the dollars ingeniously. After all that, when we showed up for surgery today(this means I and my wife calling day off from work, finding someone to watch our kid and preparing for recovery next several days-things planned months in advance), I was told the surgery was cancelled and he is on vacation for next seven days.
