Tried Fay’s Pork Chop BBQ in Waterman, Illinois for the first time and had a mixed experience. The grilled walleye dinner was excellent—fresh, nicely seasoned, and generously portioned. I shared it with a friend, and we both left happy with the food. That said, as a first-timer, the setup was a bit confusing. Do NOT order online. I’ve only eaten there twice and ordered online both times. I didn’t get the correct food either time. Very frustrating!!!! It’s not cheap. The foods good so I’d suggest ordering in person and not ahead of time.

It's drive up only....food was soooo good. We will be back. Hope sometime they get picnic tables!!!!
Wow! I had forgotten just how good the BBQ is here. I knew Jim from many years ago in 4-H and working at the Sandwich Fair several years. We ordered the pork chops and the chicken kabobs....definitely worth another visit! Side note: Jim it was good to see you again.
