Time for something recent. Melissa needs a raise. This lady went above and beyond what is expected. I called to ask about a kayak price and notably did she offer to get the kayak delivered on a down day, she went through all of the details and features of the Hobie Kayak that I purchased. Can't say enough good things about her customer service and commitment. Thank you soooo much Melissa!!
I understand that you directed your employee to “delete the racist post”. I personally wouldn’t do business with someone who continues to employ someone who is racist. How do you think he is going to be treating your Black customers? Is that really a chance you want to take as a business owner? 😬
Pretty sure your employees shouldn't be openly racist in 2020. Need to be more understanding of the world we live in today.

Melissa is the best! We bought 3 hobies, 2 Pro Angler 360 and a demo hobie compass. Melissa was the best sales person I’ve met! Friendly, attention to details, and listened to the customers needs! I would recommend buying from here and I will be sending her business. When I’m back in the market for another boat or kayak, I will definitely check out Fay’s! Thank you for a great experience!
