I have never enjoyed a waiting room until now. The receptionist was a joy to watch as she was friendly and professional to all. She went out of her way to help those who were confused about the technology, teasing with them and making them feel important. She and her cohort listened as a patient explained how the Uber had dropped her off at the wrong place and she had to walk.
