I have six weeks before I deliver my 3rd son and I have never felt so Neglected by a medical professional/ practice . If you are expecting or care about your health, do not go to this place. I have the worst possible experience not only pregnant but giving birth. They do not care about you. You can never get an appointment for someone to return any of your calls since giving birth, I am permanently disabled and can’t walk. It took me 4 months to get the office to schedule a critical surgical procedure. A woman named Tina is in charge of scheduling. I left her numerous unreturned messages. She scheduled my procedure twice without telling me. Once it had to be canceled because I was out of the country. Once I moved everything around only to have the procedure canceled by the hospital because Tina never verified my insurance. Everyone in the office is afraid of Tina. Picture that! After being a patient for more than three years, I can say I’m overall very unimpressed with this practice. The practitioners knew very little about perimenopause —offering very little guidance in that area. The medical and front desk staff are extremely unhelpful. The last straw was showing up for an appointment that had been on the books for months only to be told they no longer accept my insurance. They should have let be know before driving 40 minutes, paying for parking and taking off work.
