I took my 01 BMW to them for a transmission fluid and filter change. The transmission was running great before they worked on it. After they did, the transmission started slipping and lost all power and my gas mileage went down from 27 to 19 mpg within 1 week. I wish to worn anyone geting service from Doug Ross. I have filed with BBB. His rebuild is a cleaning not repair. I had a tranny done and it lasted 20,000mile before it did the same exact thing. for example, He cleaned the Convertor instead of replacing it, which is a major part of the transmission workings. I am having to get it done again for that sam \$1800 but this time I will get a remanufactured transmission. Make sure you are gettig new parts not cleaned and placed back in.
