My daughters went to this Fayetteville Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics for a routine check-up; their previous dentist is now far from where we live since we moved but we were never charged anything that we did not agree prior to procedure even the x-rays. Fayetteville Smiles Dentistry just did panoramic x-rays to my daughters and bunch of x-rays without letting me know that they are not going to be covered by my insurance at the time of visit, also they charge for dental instructions? I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time, my initial visit, I was very pleased. From checking in, to getting exam and x-ray to getting my teeth cleaned and examined staying up follow up appointment was very seamless and stress-free. I was even able to see what all was covered under my insurance how much I could pay out of pocket and a payment plan if I wanted to, I didn’t feel I had to be sold to get anything but was given great recommendations.
