I had an appointment to follow-up with my C-PAP readings. I was telling the rep that I didn't know if I should reschedule or cancel and call back because I was mislead about how expensive the mask and supplies were and I didn't know if I could afford the treatment. She rudely cut me off and said "So are you canceling or rescheduling?" I said I would just cancel and would not be back. I'm very concerned about having sleep apnea, but I can't spend $250 every couple of months for supplies - even with insurance. Nobody care... read more
