DO NOT pay them a penny. If you give a deposit they will ghost you for weeks and avoid answering your calls, text messages or commitment to coming to your residence. Their phone is always turned off. We are out money because my husband gave Brittany a deposit. Thankfully, I wouldn’t let him pay her the full amount in advance for work that she and her “crew” never would have completed in the first place. If I could give zero stars, I would. Very rude when texting and wanting payment. After payment was received there was no communication. She came out one time to work on my pool and hasn’t returned. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received a response. I’ve called and texted with no response. I paid up front $650 and still have a green pool. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and contacting my lawyer. They shouldn’t be able to do business as they are just taking people money and not providing a service.
