Leavin this review because for the past year i've had a problem thats been misdiagonsed nd mistreated, nd at this point its most likely gonna be permanent... if you want medical treatment, avoid this clinic, nd find a real doctor
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment with Dr. Wiggs yesterday and let me just sum everything up by saying that I felt as if I was blown off and told that the symptoms I was experiencing were just due to anxiety. He listened to me talk for a whole 5 minutes before he told me to basically “stop worrying and anxiety can make me feel weird”. I have visited with my son 2 times and Dr. Pantelakos is an amazing provider. He actually sits and talks with his patients makes sure there is no questions and everything is understood. This is very appreciated in today’s time when doctors usually just run in and out.
I’ve been getting Botox for years and never had any issues until visiting Dr. Banks’ office. I had my initial treatment and a couple of months after that appointment, I noticed in photos that my eyebrows were noticeably asymmetrical. While my brows are naturally a little uneven, the difference was much more pronounced after the initial botox. I went back to Dr. Banks to explain my concern, and she did a correction injection. SINCE THEY WANTED TO DELETE MY FIRST REVIEW - the tech that called my son back was so incompetent, and thought she was going to close the door behind her to be alone with my son, NOPE! My son cannot hear, he failed both tests they gave him at this clinic & the tech said it was because he couldn’t “understand” instructions. No, he simply cannot hear entirely from the multiple failed probe testing. The tech and the dr accused my of having autism…. No he doesn’t. He’s 7 and understood everything the dr was saying.
