Was referred to see Dr. Wiggs for evaluation of a nodule on my thyroid. Front desk staff was amazing, kind, professional, personable and polite. I found Dr. Wiggs himself to be dismissive, rushed, boardline egotistical. His assistant that day gave me incorrect information and was sending me to the wrong facility for a biopsy. Dr. Blanks was great and did an amazing job at my earlobe reconstruction surgery. However, I paid everything in full out of pocket, $100 consultation fee over the phone the beginning of the summer, and then the rest in person the day of my surgery in August. Come October, I’m randomly getting emails claiming I owe them $100. Tammy called and left me a voicemail after I called asking what this is about, on October 30th, saying my account shows no remaining balance. Leavin this review because for the past year i've had a problem thats been misdiagonsed nd mistreated, nd at this point its most likely gonna be permanent... if you want medical treatment, avoid this clinic, nd find a real doctor
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment with Dr. Wiggs yesterday and let me just sum everything up by saying that I felt as if I was blown off and told that the symptoms I was experiencing were just due to anxiety. He listened to me talk for a whole 5 minutes before he told me to basically “stop worrying and anxiety can make me feel weird”.
