I cancelled my order before it started. After taking what seemed to be an eternity for the representative to get my name and address typed in, I was transferred to billing so they could take my payment. The call went to a recorded message stating high call volume and to press #1 on phone for callback to avoid waiting. After selecting #1, a recorded message said that selection was invalid played.
