Frozen cooling coils on my kitchen Frig. was the problem. The tech arrived & advised me that the coils beneath the unit needed to be cleaned. I advised the tech that I would do the work myself & I would pay him for the service call. I was charged $344 .

I do not recommend. My experience was they use independent contractors. I was charged $70 to “hold my appt” and to be included into the work . I paid the independent contractor to purchace the required part. There was a 35% mark up on the part. I paid the labor charge of $125 directly to the independent contractor. So it seems the only money going to Fayetteville Appliance Repair is the charge $70 to put you in contact with an independent contractor.

To date we paid for repair yet our washer is still leaking. The contracted technician is not updating us and has ensured the issue will be resolved and then we hear nothing.

Repairman literally taped a fan blade on my freezer using electrical tape. Not even duct tape. I didn't know until the blade came off 2 months later. Fayetteville Appliance Repair refused to talk to me about it. My fault. I didn't even check the ratings before seeking their service.

Call this morning to schedule an appointment. The gentleman gave me a time and a cost for the call. When I asked if he did warranty work because it was a two-year-old LG and I wanted to check with them to see if it might be under warranty. He got very annoyed and said what is it you want do you want a warranty repair or do you want me to repair it. In the past I’ve had appliance companies that handle warranties for major appliances.
