Fair value on parts, good communication.
I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Acura in Fayetteville. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance, which cost $3,600. Paying for quality service was not the issue — I expect to invest in maintaining my vehicle. What I did not expect was to pick up my car and find papers and personal belongings thrown onto the floorboard and my seats moved into completely different positions.
