Every interaction with these folks has been totally positive! Very courteous when requesting access to my property, to setting up auto drafts to pay my bill. Great notifications when we have power outages as well as when it is restored.
I hate that this is the only place that provides service! 100 degrees and they turn off your service because it was not paid by a certain time of day which I get the cut off time is that. But to pay and have service cut off literally hours later and refuse to turn it back on until they charge a reconnect fee and latest bill is crazy.
