Every interaction with these folks has been totally positive! Very courteous when requesting access to my property, to setting up auto drafts to pay my bill. Great notifications when we have power outages as well as when it is restored.
I hate that this is the only place that provides service! 100 degrees and they turn off your service because it was not paid by a certain time of day which I get the cut off time is that. But to pay and have service cut off literally hours later and refuse to turn it back on until they charge a reconnect fee and latest bill is crazy. They are great people. We’ve had our electricity down a number of times and they managed to get it up and running in a few hours despite the problems in the whole of Fayette County. They are very professional. We even got a courtesy call from the office before to make sure they had the billing address correctly. Thank you! We appreciate y’all.
I have been with them for many years. The work they have done when installing a new pole and line has worked without issues all these years. They have answered the phone the few times I have called to let them know I had missed the bill from the mail box and would be sending in the payment. Found out you can pay online to make it even easier. Thanks you FEC and all those who work to provide us power!
