I had a difficult experience regarding my property tax assessment. During phone conversations, I felt the communication style was not professional and came across as intimidating. I did not feel that my questions were clearly explained, which made the process stressful for me. We disagreed with the assessment decision and chose to pursue further review. I hope future interactions with the office involve clearer communication and a more respectful approach to homeowners.

there is no way to pay bills online, if you use the contact us form to get information, they never reply... the only real way to contact them or pay a bill is with a telephone, which defeats the purpose of running a website
The woman working in the GIS department didn't even know that Fayette County has a website that shows taxmap info and parcels! She insisted that it had to be done on "their" computers. I eventually got what I needed though.
