Bought a home through this company in 2021 and we still do not have things completed. There are things on this home starting to fall apart and I have complained since day 1. I was contacted by them today stating the have no record of any issues with the flooring in their records so there is nothing they can do about it considering it has been so long. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I couldn't agree more with the previous rating. This has to be the worst customer service experience of my life. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and uniformed. I would not recommend this mobile home retailer to anyone based on my experience. I recommend utilizing Palm Harbor or Clayton due to there knowledge and efficiency.
Worst service EVER!! They didn't want to finish putting my house together, wouldn't answer my calls OR texts, and FINALLY when the "manager" called me back, he cussed me out and hung up on me. The few times I did get somebody on the phone, they never knew what was going on and never had any answers for me. Nobody's stories ever matched, and they would tell me they would be here on a certain day, and it would be 2 days later before anybody showed up- and that happened 3 times!!
