Faye's personal care home, is very clean and Erica the CEO is very professional and she love and treat all her staff with respect. When I visited Faye's her patients all seeems well taken care of and happy. If you have a love one in need of a personal assisting living, this is the place to choose.
Erica is a evil lady! She claims she is a woman of God but I have never met someone so evil in my life! She is a janky business owner and she does not care about her staff and she is heartless! I wish i couldgive this business negative stars but theres no options for that! I worked for Erica and not only did she not train me properly but she tried to place blame on me when she literally gave me like maybe a 30 minute training and she complained about everything i did, threatened to fireme multiple times and then she fired me... read more
Erica is a talented RN who really cares for her residents . I have visited the home on a few occasions unannounced because i was in the area . The home is always clean and the residents are well taken care of. I have made conversations with a few of the residents they are always upbeat and happy and smiling. One of the residents was showing me her makeup bag with lipstick and the color. I would gladly recommend Faye's Personal Care Home in a heartbeat. You will be happy your loved one is under her care.
