Except for the fact that you ruin people’s clothing and then don’t make it right. I had a dress I have ONLY brought to you guys to clean. Never had a problem before. You guys burned the dress and then had the audacity to tell me it’s the dress manufacturer’s fault? And never before had it been damaged by you guys?
