Ordered from them 2 years ago, no issues. This time, I never received any pictures/confirmation that flowers were done and placed on my mom's grave. Paid for back in May. I just took it on good faith that it was done since this was always my moms go to florist. Today I visited and the one thing of flowers looked super old. Either they were not replaced or a poor quality was used. When I texted the person didn't have a clue who I was. Didn't have any photo to show that work was completed.
