This doctors office uploaded another patients’s report in my chart and when I tried to call to report this, their answering service told me that they are unable to take report or pass on msg for call back. They don’t even have an email id to provide for me to pass on this msg. It’s clearly not a non-patient’s job to point out their medical error and clearly it is a violation of HIPA as well.

Dr Faye Lin is an incredible doctor. Takes thorough notes and takes her time explaining everything. The ladies and men up front, and nursing staff are friendly, respectful and attentive. I feel taken care of and feel this center is very professional.

Told me there would be no side effects from taking tamoxifen. 3 months later when symptoms kept showing up, I was advised to stop taking it. Told I was intolerant. Many of the symptoms I had show up in over 50 percent of patients. Would have liked to have been informed before starting. Read my genetic report thinking it was my blood work. Types incorrect information in my chart to overwrite the correct information.
