I get a porta potty cleaned at my house regularly and the driver never seems to do his job properly and actually clean the portable toilet, it's always just emptied and never actually cleaned. This most recent time was the straw that broke the camel's back though. This is hazardous waste that is supposed to be removed and cleaned which is what I pay for and it was left for my fiance and I to step in and sit on. Not reliable..
If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. To keep it short, we had a Porta potty set on a job. Went months without it being cleaned. Called to complain, he cleaned it a month ago, suppose to be once a week, that's a lie. The driver is lazy and won't do his job and leaves nasty notes on the side of the Porta potty to be passive aggressive. The lady in the office named Pam is extremely rude to customers and won't believe anything the customer says, she has to be close to said driver because she started screaming a... read more
