Dr Fay and Dr Raposo are and their staff are competent, caring and professional. My husband saw Dr Fay and was impressed with his eye exam and care. Dr Raposo was my doctor and she gave me accurate glasses and care for the 18 months that we lived in Pawtucket. Recently, I moved back to Arizona and at the last minute I realized that I did not have my records sent. While I was in my new doctor's office, I called and the staff immediately faxed my records - A+ for the doctors and staff at Attleboro Ophthalmological Associates.
I would not recommend this office. Medical staff has no ophthalmology experience. I have continually told Dr Fay my vision is getting worse and he said “you’re fine the tests show your vision is good”. Well the tests were given by a tech who had no ophthalmology experience and I know they weren’t done accurately based on my previous visits when Dr Fay himself did the tests.
