All I can say is there is two sides to every story! Just wanted to tell my side to the water problem issue. We provide a water service to everyone that lives here at Fay Gardens our fee as stated in the lease contract is $25.00 this is charged regardless if your water off or on. As far as the other comments as to how I am as a person -like I said there is two sides to every story. I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
I am very unhappy with the new management at this community! I haven't even been living here for a year and I have had so many issues! For example, I have been being charged for utilities incorrectly and have over paid only to be charged again! Then was sent a notice of eviction for not paying the water bills that are not accurate and was given 14 days to get out If I did not pay. Horrible Place To Have To Call Home – I've lived in Fay Gardens 10yrs & have few good things to say, neither do most of the other residents. When it rains most of our yards flood & we get our feet soaked clear up to our ankles everytime you walk out. Stones don't work because the water is above them &anything other than concrete walkways which cost alot will get you written up.So you would think since it's a fluke with the lot you rent it should be the parks responsibility to pour the crete. Worst place to live ever!!!! – If your A dealer or user,than you might like this place.In fact I believe the manager was even in jail for bad checks.Dont that just wanna make you reserve your lot?? If you like dogs this could also be A great place for you,as the K9 unit is there often. bad management – I have lived at fay gardens mobile home park for over a year.In that year there has been 3 different sets of managers,the latest being the worst.I have been singled out and harrased over my 3 year olds big wheel being on my deck???my grass being to high...when it was cut 2 days earlier.I have even been stopped while walking down the street with my 3 year old..its crazy.I understand that certain circumstances require some of us to live in trailer parks.But if I were looking(and I am now.)I would go else where... read more
