Fay was great back in the day when Wayne Fay actually owned the place but since AAA Pump took over, I'll never use them again. They told me 3 weeks for a rewind. When it was done, they never even called me, I had to call them! I've tried a few different places and found a company called Applied Dynamics. Their rep Ryan Chasse is a great guy and knows his stuff. I told him I would spread the word seeing how he got me out a couple jambs in the past. I wouldn't use anyone else at this point.
My name is Rick Fillion and I live in BowN.H. I have used Fay Electric on a couple of occasions, and received more than an A+ job, with every aspect. From the secretary,right up to the owners. I have no reason to go anywhere else but Fay. Not only did they treat me more than fair on the price, but the advice, and the extra work they did, they went above and beyond what I expected.
