I found Dr Simon over 10 years ago and I am so glad I did. She is phenomenal. I appreciate how down to earth and personable she is. She's professional and very thorough. I plan on seeing her for another 10 years and beyond. I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Simon for being in practice.
Dr. Simon is the best doctor I have ever had! She listens and actually hears what you are telling her. She doesn't jump to prescribing medicine which I really appreciate. I never feel rushed when I see her in the office or virtually which is important to me. I wish I could give her 10 stars!
The receptionist at where I get pt from was on the phone with dr.fays office and that lady (at dr.fays office) hung up as she was speaking to her. Don’t know what the name of the receptionist at Dr.Fays office is but that was so unprofessional. They don’t care at all!! The receptionist here at our office was saying “ thank you, have a great weekend” but got cut off at “tha-“. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Simon. She’s incredibly thorough and takes the time to really listen—something that can be surprisingly rare in healthcare. Beyond thankful to have Dr. Simon as my physician! She is an exceptional doctor. She values her time with her patients and she values her relationships with her patients, I can reach out to her at any time and she avaliable almost immediately and if not immediately she makes time within her day. I have been going to her for 2 years and don’t plan on seeing anyone else!
