The beard trim was fine. Didn't trim my moustache even though during the trim, I specifically told them to. What was done to my throat though? Posted the review on Google & they blamed me for the marks they put on my neck. I don't "move around", if this was a problem caused by me, surely, this would've happened before but it only happened at this shop. Very unprofessional.
