Carly knows my hair better than I do, and I’ve had it for 35 years. She’s brilliant at offering suggestions without ever being pushy – an ideal trait in a hair-whisperer. Technique can be taught with enough graft, but intuition’s another story – you either have it or you don’t. Carly has it in every snip.
