Such a great place to live. Great management and well maintained
Ive been a vendor here at Fawn Lake Estates for over 7 years. The manager Paul has made this place come a long way! He keeps the place nice and clean. Grass & all the maintenance is always looking neat. Gotta give Sean kudos for that too 😊 So if your in the market looking to buy a mobile home. Be careful of this place have lived here for over 20 years and cant wait to leave a d would advise anybody to not even consider living here. They will continue to up your rent and when you try to fix your place up they will send a unqualified groundsmen to destroy your property looking for for a water meter that again isn't qualified to fix or read and when confronted about it will threaten you and charge you extra had to call the police to be able to leave my own property beware terrible place to live make sure you have muc... read more
I went looking for a home for my family and I. Upon driving in it looked wonderful. A Park right in front for the kids, but I was not happy with the actual home in the trailer park.
Me and my boyfriend just moved into our first home together at Fawn Lake and Paul has helped us so much through the entire process. He was extremely responsive and quick to answer any of our questions. With it being our first place we haven’t yet gone through the process of filling out the paper work, etc. that comes along with moving but thanks to Paul’s help, the process was a breeze. We are so excited to be living in the community.
