I drove this property this week. I’m currently looking for a new residence. This place was extremely clean. Driving in (long drive in) I noticed the upkeep is actively done to perfection. Everything is edged and mowed. Everyone’s homes are mowed and edged. The park and bball area were clean. And it was quiet. We spoke to the groundskeeper (really nice guy, his name was Shawn) and he does all the upkeep. He does an amazing job. If you have not walked this place, you should! It looks great. It’s clean and Paul the manager gave great communication and was nice. I would love to live here.
Got me in place while going through tough times , got to the point was fast straight to the point and thoroughly helping me every way to get in new home for me and my kids.
Update June 2026: I've been here for two years now and I really love it. There's is a lot of nature and wildlife in the area and they make it an awesome place. They recently had a cutest cat contest in there community and my kitten Little Bebbers won this year! Thank you for the great prizes, me and my cats enjoyed them very much.
