Me and my boyfriend just moved into our first home together at Fawn Lake and Paul has helped us so much through the entire process. He was extremely responsive and quick to answer any of our questions. With it being our first place we haven’t yet gone through the process of filling out the paper work, etc. that comes along with moving but thanks to Paul’s help, the process was a breeze. We are so excited to be living in the community.
I’ve been looking for a mobile home community to purchase in. Fawn Lake is my top choice! Paul took a great deal of time talking to me about my options and the rules in this community. He really individualized and considered my needs, and made suggestions that made sense for me. Compared to other mobile home parks in the area, Fawn Lake feels like a place I could make a home, unlike the corporate run parks I looked at nearby.
