Went in for a balayage and cut. VERY VERY disappointed with both color and cut. The stylist seemed very confident in their skills. One wash later I realized that all the highlights had harsh lines towards my roots, no blending whatsoever. Few weeks in and my hair already looked grown out. And the cut was NOTHING like what I had requested. I insisted on showing my inspo pictures to the stylist yet again, before they started the cut and they responded that they "clearly remember" the cut I requested.
