Excellent care – don’t be misled by old reviews I’ve been visiting this clinic for almost a 6 months now, and I can honestly say the care I’ve received has been outstanding. The current doctor * Md Akhter Hussein *is incredibly polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. He listens carefully and has given me the most accurate diagnoses I’ve ever had. Hopeless doctor - do not go here. I live close by and was excited for a bulk billing doctor in the area. Wait times are always at least 40 minutes no matter when you book. Today I walked out after waiting for over an hour. Once I booked the first appointment of the day hoping to avoid await, and the business was not even open on time, so I still had to wait outside for 30 minutes. I contacted the doctor as a courtesy because our one-year-old child was showing symptoms of either chickenpox or hand, foot, and mouth disease. I wanted to give the doctor the option to see her outside rather than bringing her into the clinic and potentially exposing others. I was told the doctor would call me back, but I never received a response. It’s disappointing, especially given the claims on their website about being dedicated and trustworthy.
