Kim had great customer service and was an excellent help. She put the flowers together exactly how I wanted and was so polite to deal with! I highly recommend coming here! I’m very happy with how the flowers looked!
I called travelling from Echuca Moama through to Melbourne and needed Fresh Flowers. I wasn't arriving till 8.30 and called to see what time they were closing. The Owner STAYED OPEN an extra half an hour and waited for me to arrive. How GOOD IS THIS for Customer Service... ABOVE AND BEYOND. And the Flowers were Superbly Fresh as well. 10/10 for Customer Service xx
I honestly cannot recommend Fawkner Flowers enough. They did the flowers for my wedding and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole team was so kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about bringing my vision to life. I really wanted calla lilies for my wedding flowers, and at first they weren’t sure if they’d be able to source them — but they went above and beyond and made it happen.
