Hi, just wanted to report a water issue — every night when we go out for a walk, there’s a lot of water pouring from the waterline. It looks like a leak and has been happening consistently. Please look into fixing it.
I received a latex pillow as a gift. Game changer! Love this pillow. Supportive and non toxic. My partner and I are working towards being able to get a latex mattress!
Purchased a new mattress and topper a year ago in August with enthusiasm for shopping local. But it's lumpy and uncomfortable despite flipping and rotating. Feedback when requested early on was offered, and staff suggested that it was the base. At this point, I didn't bother to continue the conversation or to mention that it was on a brand new platform. We're purchasing a new replacement mattress from Sleep Country this week. I suggest going there before Fawcett.
