Tow Lot Good Guys: My family recently had the unfortunate issue of a police involved tow and storage involving Fawbush. As an 80 year old retired professional property manager, I've had numerous experiences with tow lots, surly drivers and rip off towing and storage fees. I was initially skeptical of bringing my car anywhere in Polk County with this being my first car and brand new at that. But after someone who I trust recommended Fawbush, I decided it’d be less hassle than bringing it to Houston and having it towed there. I made the RIGHT choice. The nicest people !! Not only did they have the cutest dog, but they fixed the car and didn’t mansplain anything to me - they were honest and so real with what was going on and fixed the issue quick.

Took my truck there for the insurance company to come do a estimate, I ask Troy if I could come get my truck and use it till the side of my bed came in he said no problem, he lied to me told me thr bed came in and they was working on it, I passed by and my truck was sitting outside never touched, so I called him he told me it was in the shop they had the bed off of it, another lie, a week later the insurance called him and he told them that they was waiting on the side of the bed to come in, I called Troy and again he said t... read more
