If I could give ZERO stars I would. Arrogant. Rude. Aggressive in tone and manner.
Zero stars. Very disappointed in this doctor. He did not listen when I had a recheck and told him the cpap wasn't working. I have read about how you should have the pressure on the machine "titrated" so it is set specifically for you. I never had that done. I got a very rudimentary lesson on the machine which was terrible. I learned most of what I know about using it, etc through watching videos on the resmed website or other places. I saw Dr. Khan today for the first time as he fit me into his schedule because my regular doctor is out. He was knowledgeable, warm, and kind, and asked pointed pertinent questions (after he allowed me to tell my health story). I didn’t feel rushed, but heard and know the labs/tests he ordered will help us figure this out. Post appointment, I called my daughter who is doing an internal medicine residency in California (she went to medical school at Madison) and gave her an update.
