My son got his hair braided the next morning he woke up and said the cap came off at night and a rubber band came off and half of the braid and the rubber band had snapped and one of the braid came undone. I called her thinking she would say swing by and I'll fix it but nope she proceeded to say my son lied and that he undid the braid himself and theres no way that happened?
