I placed order #3151 on April 2nd in the evening to be shipped out overnight. I needed it for a party on April 5th. I got a confirmation on the 3rd and it was sent to UPS on the 3rd. There was a severe storm overnight and I had no problem with it being delayed 1 day. I received it on the 7th at 4 :52 pm. That was 2 days after the party. Part of my ordered came with really bad odor, try to reach them by phone but nobody answered, email them about returning them and not answer either until third attempt, they said no returns on partial order. To late to return the whole order I had to use wha it was in good condition. So now I just have to throw away my money.. very disappointed
