Part of my ordered came with really bad odor, try to reach them by phone but nobody answered, email them about returning them and not answer either until third attempt, they said no returns on partial order. To late to return the whole order I had to use wha it was in good condition. So now I just have to throw away my money.. very disappointed
I highly recommend Favoronline. I Contacted them regarding a custom order and spoke to Frank. He was very nice and helped me with my order. My order was shipped promptly and it was received in great condition.
I have had a wonderful experience with Favor on Line and am extremely satisfied with the customer service as mine turned out to be a complicated order. I had a personal phone call and there was a sincere effort to make everything right. I could not be happier and am grateful for this outcome. I ordered 200 favors for a women's luncheon.
