I was charged $250 for 20 minutes of work, without fixing the problem. I hired this plumber on a Saturday to fix a bathtub issue that I had previously attempted to repair, which resulted in a constant water leak. I clearly explained to him over the phone it was a complex situation but he told me he could fix it, with an estimated cost of $250.
