EDIT - the ongoing harassment continues and in addition, I am now somehow in their system in a way that employees of Favorit Motors have sent me confidential client information via email (client ID, purchase information, etc). When I called this morning and asked to be put through to management to sort this out once and for all, the receptionist refused. This is a used-car dealership, so there are certain 'methods' I encountered, that I was prepared for; namely a surcharge for paying cash and a certification fee, and I can't say those fees are hidden, as they are stated everywhere. The parking was a little tight as it was very busy on the Saturday I arrived (I'm told Fridays are slow), but beyond that I did end up buying my 'new' car from Nakita, who had very quickly responded to my AutoTrader inquiry.
