Picked up a 2019 Toyota Camry from them. The car was shown at the car wash before delivery, they opened the hood, let me check everything myself. On the elevator, they looked at the suspension, no questions asked. Registration took about an hour, no “extras” were imposed. After a couple of days I noticed a chip on the headlight - they invited me in and replaced it for free. Now I recommend them to everyone I know.
