Both showers went out at the same time and both needed new cartridges. The existing cartridges were 23 yrs old, so needed to be replaced. Daniel and Indigo arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue. They explained what would be done and price. Both cartridges were replaced within an hour. Both technicians were very friendly and provided a professional service. Would recommend.

I have used Favinger several times. They are prompt, communicate really well and are a joy to work with. Most recently I worked with Daniel and Indigo! They found the problem and fixed it promptly, and had a good attitude about my stinky crawl space. Will use again!
