Favinger had a very reasonable service fee to get a technician (Daniel) out to my house. While he could not snake the drains I was hoping for, he explained very thoroughly the reasons why and what needed to change to make my house plumbing more effective (1910 home with many remodels by questionably qualified people under it's belt). I look forward to his bid for that work and appreciate the expertise!
I have used Favinger a few times for plumbing jobs at my home and rental home. They are fair, honest, efficient and do a great job of completing the work on time. This last job I had required fixing some poor plumbing work and cutting into our bathroom wall. All was replaced and repaired perfectly. I have also used other plumbing services locally and feel that Favinger is a cut above.
Extremely happy with Favinger plumbing getting me an appointment quickly for toilet install. Daniel and Crew were out and gave me a very reasonable (market qoute) for toilet replacement and shut off valve. Once again Favinger has fixed my plumbing issue effiently, professionally and very happy they gave me further options for other future work I may need. they replaced my Water heater last year just as professionally. Thank you Daniel and Crew and Favinger. I'm sticking with Favinger.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY Situation: water heater is out Their solution: Plumber gave no options to either replace or repair. He went straight to descaling the heater and saying he will order/replace the part. Outcome: Nicole says the part was “rush delivered” twice and it was the WRONG PART TWICE. (This is over the course of a month). Favinger saved the day! I was using another plumbing service for the last 4 years. At first they were honest until they were not. That company tried to charge me several thousand dollars to repair my water heater and an even crazier price (10 - 20K) to replace it. Luckily I got a second, third, and fourth opinion.
