Local convenient doctor. On time and friendly staff. Listens to concerns and offers appropriate advice, care and support
Scheduling is an absolute nightmare. Had to schedule 4 weeks out then told oops we had a scheduling error and next available is another two weeks out. Worst scheduling and follow-up ever.
Super friendly. On time. Dr. Favia listens to my issues and problems and offers great advice that is practical. Great work by his assistant as well.
Very poor service and lack of compassion from the front desk. Leaves out important medical code for needed procedures. No sense of urgency or timely call backs. If they say they'll call you asap, it will take at least a few days. I am left genuinely feeling they could not care less for patients' health and only want you $
