Very good hygienist appointment carried out in a professional and friendly manner would highly recommend.
Today all of the staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. In particular, Balsam was particularly helpful and supportive around a treatment conundrum, for which I am extremely grateful. Traditionally, visiting the dentist can be daunting but today’s experience was the exact opposite. Thank you to you all.
So it seems odd to say its a pleasure to go to a dentist but it's as close as you can get to it visiting Smiles. The staff are always helpful and the dentists / hygienists are professional and very polite, not pushy or preachy in any way. Cannot ask more than that. The care given is reassuring and gentle
