They wasted more than 2 weeks and said I checked and can’t fix. Trying to sell there car tow service and when I declined then gave me $110 bill that they checked and haven’t spend a single minute.
Stephen and the team went above and beyond to help us after a mechanical failure while visiting town. He was able to help arrange a tow back home for our vehicle and camper.
Our gear box stopped working when we were in Stanthorpe the other day. We were anticipating a very expensive tow back to Brisbane and a very expensive repair job once there. You can imagine our relief and gratitude when Stephen towed it back to his workshop and repaired it on the spot (despite being heavily booked) then charged us less than $100! That's what I call amazing country service.
What an awesome team. Totally recommend the team at Favero Motors. They came and collected my motorbike, held it for a few days and even delivered it to my preferred repairer on Brisbane's northside. Kept me in the loop throughout. Great service !!!
Having a simple windscreen replacement was like being caught in an episode of Fawlty Towers. Despite taking the time to discuss details in advance, nothing was done as arranged and assured resulting in a four hour wait. Hard to know who was in charge as the admin staff blamed the workshop and the workshop boss just pointed back at the office. No acknowledgement or apology, just blame everyone else. Sad to see this business decline over the years. I don't know how they hold onto their O'Brien's and RACQ agencies.
