Pretentious Owners – Appreciation of Customers is close to nonexistent. Owners concern for the customer is disingenuous, choosing to open (and close) the restaurant as fits their personal schedule. They even chose to close without notice over the entire Columbus Day weekend, leaving just a small note on the door saying `See you Tuesday’.
