He spent 1 minute on the phone with me. I think that pretty much says it all. Didn’t even start with verifying patient information.
Dr. Cruz the most irresponsible doctor , I don't know if it's kaiser and the stupid service that they have , I feel like the service in Mexico, this doctor can't return a call , last month I had in injure but until today he can't return a call, for a week a need a medical release he can't write a note I'm so disappointed with this service that he should stay at home if he can't do his job.
Dr. Cruz is literally the most discouraging doctor and does not deserve the title he has. I set up an appointment with him in order to refer me to a psychologist since he is my family practitioner but the appointment took a completely different turn. He encouraged me to drop out of college and told me my major was going to be useless in the long run even though I am a STEM student?
