If I could rate Faust higher than 5 stars, I would do so! Richard is experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He replaced a valve for our air conditioning during the summer and he did the heating tune up. He is so meticulous and he answered all of my questions. Everyone is courteous in the office. Mike Faust knows how to run a business! Professionalism, reasonably priced, skill, knowledge, branding, etc. Faust Heating and A/C is the complete package!
Our technician, Richard, arrived on time to perform our annual winter check-up. He was professional and friendly, and took the time to give us tips on checking and changing our filter. I appreciate the reminder phone calls concerning twice yearly maintenance, as well as the fact the those visits are included in our heating/cooling plan.
I’ve had one new furnace and one new c/a system installed. Great service. Mike Faust offered me several options, with pros and cons printed out, to select from. He also offered very favorable financing (0% interest if paid within 9-12 months) options. His technicians were prompt, hard working, respectful of my home during installations, and showed me the damaged areas of utilities which necessitated replacement rather than repair. I have and will continue to recommend this ethical firm.
Faust is always prompt, honest and fair. Mike and Rick went the extra mile when my A/C went out. Thanks!
