We have used Faust and Associates for many years for both business and personal taxes, opinions, payroll and numerous other things. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to assist anytime. I highly recommend their services.

I called to get some quick tax advice and because I was not a client of theirs They were extremely rude and un-professional. NOTE ***(my tax person is not available to answer my question until a later date; need an answer pretty quick)***. The associate that I spoke with ended up hanging up the phone on me and said to wait until my tax person is available. I will NEVER do any business with them EVER. Have your time and you breath and deal with someone else.

I work in the delivery industry. I recently encountered one of the partners here with a very minor misunderstanding that had nothing to do with me and completely out of my control. She hang up the phone in my face when I made contact, she approached the front counter very aggressively when I arrived, wagging her finger in my face and stormed away as I attempted to explain the situation.
