Fauss Construction is one of the best general contractors out there. In an industry where it is normal to be rude, Fauss does the exact opposite. They have excellent customer and subcontractor relations. The owner Rayme and project manager Chris Nielsen are fun and easy to do work with. I would hands down recommend this company to anyone and everyone.
Fauss Construction does not keep their commitment to its customers. We have had windows leaking at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church for 11 years in the addition Fauss built. They promised to take care of any issues after final payment. They are ignoring our request to fix the problem they constructed. Fauss has created a hardship for Good Shepherd. Fauss is not dependable.
